At Karl Lagerfeld, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
